Do  you need  rest  days?

of course you   do.

Overworking  or  excessive  exercise  without  taking  one  or  two  days   out  to  chill  is  detrimental. It  does  not  give  you  results  quicker. Instead  it  slows  you  down  and  puts  you  at  risk  of  mental  and  physical  breakdown.
