IMPROVISED HOME ARM WORKOUTS WITH  A CAR TYRE (PART 2)

Last  week, we saw how we can use a tyre to  work  our  legs  at home  if we do not have  dumbells  or  weights  at home.

Today, we  are looking at  how we can  grow our arm and shoulder muscles  with  the  same  small  tyre all in the comfort  of your home. 

Lift  the  tyre in an up and down manner  and ‘voilla!’ Magic!!

So go ahead  and  try it  and  have  a  wonderful  workout  session.
