IMPROVISED HOME LEG WORKOUT WITH A SMALL CAR TYRE  (1)

You know me.I am  all about  giving  you the  tips  that bring results without actually having to  spend money on a gym membership.
So without  further a due, ladies  and gentlemen  here is one  excercise you  can  do  at home with  a  car tyre when you  do not have weights  to fall back on.

So you basically  just  lunge forward switching  legs , with   a tyre on your shoulders.This  move strengthens  and shapes your legs  as  needed..

Go get you a tyre and try this  move.

    I’ve always enjoyed tyre workouts and this is one of the best. Good job on the explanation, and i love the confidence boosting line, we forget this way too many times. In the foto, I’d encourage that your rear foot goes high on toes (good biomechanics). Keep up the good work..
