2 THINGS  TO  DO  INCASE YOU MISSED  YOUR WORKOUT

So  I have  been  on  a  break  from   working  out   since  I’ve  been  down with  a  terrible  cold. But  you  know, that does  not  mean  the  end  of  the world…..  It  don’t  mean no more  health  and  Fitness  …..let’s  get down to  an  unhealthy  lifestyle.

There  are  still   those  healthy   practises  you  could  engage  into your  day  to  day  life  when  you  miss  your  workout   because  of  different   reasons. Here  are  some  of   them

  • Use  the  stairs

If  you  are  either  on  a  sick  leave  like I am  or  you  woke  up  late  and  you  could  not  workout  lest  you  miss  your  morning   class  or  get  to  work  late  and  your  boss  is probably  something  else  or  whatever..,  Make  the  stairs  your  bestfriend   that  whole  day, if  you  can avoid  the  lift, that would  be another  way   to  get  your  workout  sorted  without  even  knowing

  • Park  a  few   meters  away  from  your  destination

Well,  if you  have  a  car,  if  you use  the  bus/ ‘Matatu, if  you  cycle  , whichever   means  of  transport   you  use, stop  a few  meters  away  from  your destination  and  walk  . It doesnt   have  to  be   in  the  morning. You could  do  it  in  the  evening  when  you  are  going  back  home, You have  more  free time  then

So the next  time  you  miss  your  workout,  do not  worry. This  simple  things  could  sort  you  out.
