And  as if that isn’t good enough, it  burns   fat     hours  after  you are done  with  your  workout.

Yes, you know you bad! You are  strong  and  strong  girls  lift, they  do not  have  the  ‘it is  a  men’s  thing ‘ Mentality. They go  out  their  and  smash  those  weights  because  they know  how   healthy  it  is. Right?

    wow I love this! I do lift weights too but at times I sense my arms growing too big maze! then I stop!

    1. You can take it slow on the arm workouts and do maybe lesser weights or lesser reps….
