By now you probably know how squats are great for you glutes.
Today, we are doing things a bit different. Stepping out of the norm norm a bit. We saw the benefits of Squats on THIS post.
Anytime you add weights to your workouts, it is definitely an added advantage.
So today we will be performing our swuats with dumbells,
Stand holding a dumbell as seen bellow
Then just go down into a squat position as seen below
And repeat for 20 seconds rest for 5 seconds then repeat as much as you can.
If you workout from home and you do not own any dumbells , improvise with bricks, bigger water bottles etc and you will be good to go.
