just  lie on  your  back  holding  a dumbell on  each  side.

Slowly  bring  your  hands  together  as  seen  above

Then  back  down  as  seen  below  and  repeat  the  process  severally.
Take  minimal rests  in  between  reps  and    with  persistence, you will start  to  see  changes  on  your  arms.
