Today’s post is not going to be a Stephen King book , it is going to be short and easy. It is simple and on the point. Con-fit-dence . This is a mash up of my favorite words, Confidence and Fitness. They go hand in hand. they walk side by side, they don’t leave each other behind because then It’ll be weird and just uncomfortable. Confidence goes a long way and fitness gives it the boost it needs to go even further. If you were to pick between confidence and fitness which one would you go for? Think about it,….. do not rush, think ! did you think? I have a feeling you haven’t. Okay now be faithful and think. which one would you pick? did you pick Confidence? Did you pick fitness?
Well, I would advice you to go for both . As I said earlier, you need them both , you can’t have one. It’s like swimming with one hand and both of them are perfectly functional. Impossible , right? If you were to give me $30 ,000 in exchange of a 30Mins run on a treadmill and give up a 30Mins run outside because I am shy to run outside, I wouldn’t take it. Honey, I am not about to give up fresh air smacking my face and birds singing along to my running playlists in the morning for a confined run , Thank you very much but I’ll pass! No hard feelings. we are still friends right? So put on your running shoes and run your way to fitness confidently. Nothing gets done with timidity, it holds you back. Be brave, do not be afraid to be fit, it is what you chose and it chose you back. Enjoy the journey confidently and you will be surprised at how you will face life challenges and tasks with confidence ….. CON-FIT-DENCE ,, I like it!
