When  you  think  about  it ,  water  really  is  life… but  wait,  you  don’t  even  have  to  think  about  it. It’s  like  mandatory  to  know  that. no one doesn’t . we  all  know  how  nothing  literally  goes   on  in  a  dry  land right?  okay so, think  about  this  for  a  second. For  a  normal  human  being  who  lives  in  this  world  that  constantly  pressures  us  to  look  a  certain  way, we  tend  to  ignore   our  insides  and  focus  more  on  our  outsides. you know  what  I  mean?  like  , For  example, if  I  told  you  today that  drinking  enough  water  will  help  keep  you  off  diseases  you  will  be like  ”  blah  blah  blah”  but  if  I told  you  that  water  will  give  you  a  smoother  skin  you  will  be  like  ”  gimmie  a  sec, I’ll  be  right  back,  ‘lemmie’  just  go  grab  me  a  glass  of  water ”  well,  whichever  category  you  fall  in  ,  here  are  some  of  the  reasons  why  you  need  to  at  least  take   2litres  of  water  everyday

  2. prevents  headaches
  3. helps  control  blood  pressure
  4. aids  in  kidney function
  5. it fights  fatigue
  6. gives  clearer skin
  7. gives  shinier  hair
  8. promotes  weight  loss
  9. flushes  out  toxins
  10. boosts  your  immune  system
  11. prevents  crumps  and  sprains
  12. generally  improves  your  mood
  13. prevents  constipation

I  don’t  know  about  you  but  this   sounds  like  a  sweet  deal. See, water  is  free  . how  cool  is  that? so  how  about  you  start  taking  those  glasses  of  water  today, you  wont  regret  it…  I  promise  you  trips  to  the  washroom…  but  hey! I’d  rather  make  trips  to  the  washroom  than  spend  hours  in  the  washroom  because  of  constipation  and  stuff..  come  on , drink   some  water… stay  beautiful   because  you  already  are  and  stay  healthy  if  you  already  are  and  if    not,   start  now…
