There  is  an  abs  craze  that  has  been  going  on.. It’s  funny  how  the  world  is  changing.  Huh? . hold  your  elbows  directly  under  your  shoulders

lift  your  body  and  contract  your  abdominals

hold  the position  for  15 to  20  seconds
