You know there are those days when I just want to go hard or go home (does not make sense since I always workout at home ) but you get what I mean… Working out should not be a boring dreaded moment of your day, In fact you should find a way of making it interesting. Jump squats are an example of a fun filled workout, I love this kind of exercise because it involves jumping (which is also one of my interests ) and squatting. your cardio , legs and abs just got served. Try killing those three birds with this single move and your health will be singing a different song. wondering how to do it?
stand on the ground in front of the bench, ready to jump
jump on the bench with both legs
immediately you land on the bench do your squat
go back down
then repeat the proces.. I promise you that this will get your heart pumping like you are about to die, do not sweat it though, you won’t …you are safe, be healthy and stay beautiful
